Our team is composed of 12 dedicated board members who also serve as staff members, working diligently to support and uplift our community in Kentucky. We operate with a strong commitment to collaboration, ensuring that our initiatives effectively empower those we serve. In addition to our core team, we are fortunate to have a network of volunteers who play a vital role in driving our mission forward. Their dedication and contributions are invaluable, making them an integral part of our organization and the positive impact we strive to create.

Our mission is to promote the well-being and success of the Bhutanese community in Pittsburgh by offering culturally responsive services and programs that support their smooth transition into American society. We strive to ensure a high quality of life for all community members by addressing their social, educational, and economic needs while preserving and celebrating their rich cultural heritage. Through various initiatives, we aim to empower individuals and families, foster a sense of belonging, and create opportunities for growth, integration, and self-sufficiency in their new home.

Our Programs
Our nonprofit offers a range of programs to empower individuals and strengthen the community. Our Computer Literacy Program enhances digital skills for better job opportunities, while we e prioritize Mental Health & Wellness by providing counseling and support groups. Our Youth & Education Programs offer tutoring and mentorship to help students succeed. We also promote Health & Wellness by connecting individuals to essential healthcare resources. Lastly, our Cultural Preservation & Integration initiatives celebrate heritage while fostering community engagement and inclusion.
